The Basics
Schedule Delivery
In winter, call at least 24 hours in advance. From Labor Day - Memorial Day, schedule 1 - 2 weeks in advance or you may be placed on a waiting list.
Establish Placement
For proper delivery, 3 times the length of the container & at least 10 ft in width is needed. Also, a flat, solid, dry spot is required.
Don't Overfill
If material is sticking over the edges, we require it to be corrected prior to removing. Overloading can cause extra trip charges.
No Electronics
Contact the Oneida County Landfill for disposal information.
Pay In Advance
Pricing is based on service location & payment is required at time of scheduling delivery. Overages & special items will be billed after removal.
Know Your Debris
Include small amounts of concrete, brick & asphalt. Even if a dumpster is half full, it can be over the weight included causeing extra charges.
Don't Block
The area needs to be cleared of any obstructions like cars, debris & tripping hazards. If behind a gate, make sure it's unlocked.
No Appliances
Don't put in anything that contains Freon, like Refrigerators, Freezers, Air Conditioners, & Dehumidifiers.
Schedule Removal
7 days are included, but we don't automatically pick up after 7 days. Call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule removal.
Know The Weather
Rain causes excess weight. In inclement weather, tarp your dumpster or bag items that hold a lot of water when wet.
No Hazardous Waste
No explosives, gasses, solvents, corrosives, chemicals, poisons or biological hazards. See our Hazardous Guide for proper disposal.
No Burnt Debris
Ashes and charred debris can start a fire causing damage to the dumpster. The customer is responsible for these damages.
