When it comes to 96 Gallon and 65 Gallon trash carts, Residential and Commercial service is the same.

First, enter your service information below to see if we service your area. If we do service your area, you can continue and select your billing frequency, pick up frequency, cart size and start date to preview the pricing for your location. If you like what you see, sign the online agreement and pay via our secure online payment system. Someone will then set up your account as soon as possible (an account will not be created until payment is made) and email you your service/route and cart delivery information.

The below sign up is for 1 trash cart. Recycling is included. All recycling can be placed in clear or color tinted plastic bags and placed next to your trash cart and we pick it up at the same time as the trash. We can supply a cart for recycling for an additional fee, but recycling still needs to be bagged because we don't have a lift on all the recycling portions of our trucks. If you would like to add on a cart for recycling and/or require more than 1 trash cart, please call or text (715) 358-8500 and someone will add the additional service(s) to your account.

We do not offer an option to pause service.  If you are set up for year-round service (whether you pay quarterly or annually), you pay whether you need the service or not.

Seasonal service is based on the time frame service is needed. The seasonal rates are best if you require service under 9 months out of the year. Please call or text (715) 358-8500 and provide your service address, start & stop date, pick up frequency (once a month is not offered for seasonal customers) and cart size. Someone will be happy to provide you with pricing information.

If you are looking to pay a bill, please use our online bill pay system. If you don't already have an account set up with our online system, you will need your customer number and your access code, both of which can be found on your latest bill. If you can't find your customer number or access code, call or text (715) 358-8500 and someone can provide you with that information.

If you are looking to change cart size, pickup frequency, pick up location, or payment frequency, please call or text (715) 358-8500.
